Why isn’t the map loading properly for me?

Technical guidance for if the map doesn't load correctly

If the map isn’t loading properly, it may well be a browser issue. The platform works best on Chrome with location services enabled. In Chrome, go to Settings, then Privacy and Security, then Site Settings, then Location (in Permissions). You can select to turn on ‘Sites can ask for your location’ or one of the other options available to suit your preferences.

Clearing your cache can also help with site loading issues, which you can do by clicking on the three dots at the top of your Chrome bar, selecting History and then Clear Browsing Data for a given time period.
