The Guided Wizard helps you set up projects and add marketplace listings in just a few clicks. Whether you're creating your first project or adding materials to an existing one, the wizard ensures you capture all the essential details without missing a step.

The wizard is perfect for:

  • Creating a new project from scratch

  • Adding materials to an existing project and publishing them to the marketplace

  • Getting guidance on what information is required

How to use the Guided Wizard

  1. Click the + button (labelled "Create") at the top right of any page

  2. Choose whether to add to an existing project or create a new project

    • If adding to an existing project, you'll see a list of all your projects to choose from

  3. Fill in your project details, including name, location, and dates

  4. Add any materials as imports (materials you need) or exports (materials you have available)

  5. Choose how to handle your listing:

    • Publish Listing: Your materials appear on the public Materials Exchange marketplace where other users can find and enquire about them

    • Keep Private: Materials stay within your Projects, visible only to your team

Pro tip πŸ’‘ The wizard will save any unfinished work as a draft, so if you can't finish filling it out straight away or you get distracted (don't we all), you'll be given the option to resume next time you go back on the wizard. Smart, right?
