How to add colleagues to your organisation on Nexus ReGen

Growing your team on Nexus ReGen is straightforward. Whether you're onboarding new staff, adding project managers, or giving access to different departments, you can invite colleagues to join your organisation in just a few clicks.

How to add colleagues to your organisation

  1. Look at the top left-hand corner of the platform

  2. You'll see your organisation name with a dropdown arrow next to it – click it

  3. A list of all organisations you're part of will appear (you may have access to multiple organisations, for example if you work across different regions)

  4. Find the organisation you want to manage and click the Manage button next to it

  5. You'll see the organisation settings page with several options:

    • General settings (including the option to leave the organisation if needed)

    • Members (this is where you'll invite new people)

  6. Click on Members

  7. Enter the email address(es) of the colleague(s) you want to invite

    • Single invitation: Enter one email address

    • Multiple invitations: Enter multiple email addresses separated by spaces or commas

  8. Click Send Invitations

That's it! Your colleague(s) will receive an email invitation to join your organisation on the platform.

What happens after you send an invitation?

  • The invited person will receive an email with instructions to join

  • They'll need to accept the invitation and create an account (or log in if they already have one)

  • Once they accept, they'll appear in your Members list

  • They'll have access to your organisation's materials, listings, and enquiries based on their permissions

Managing multiple organisations

If you work across different regions, projects, or divisions, you may be part of multiple organisations on the platform. The dropdown menu lets you easily switch between them and manage members for each one separately.

For example:

  • Your company might have separate organisations for the North and South regions

  • You might have access to both a main contractor organisation and a subcontractor organisation

Always check which organisation you're managing before sending invitations.

Tips for inviting colleagues

  • Use work email addresses: Ensure you're inviting colleagues using their professional email addresses

  • Bulk invitations save time: If you're onboarding a whole team, enter all email addresses at once separated by commas or spaces

  • Communicate with your team: Let colleagues know to expect the invitation email and check their spam folder if they don't see it

  • Review your Members list regularly: Keep track of who has access to your organisation
